    Larry fully explained the methods and parts that he and his partner would use for the job. The men were attentive to avoid making any mark on our wood floors during delivery. They worked carefully and continuously to assemble and install a Casper adjustable bed frame, pad and mattress. They also took extra time and effort to attach our headboard to the frame. The finished product looks and feels great. I commend Larry and his partner for their proficient and polite work habits.

    The delivery guys were great. Called when they were about 20-30 mins out to give us a heads up. Very efficient when bringing the appliances in to their locations. However I agree with some other reviews that a little bit more of advance notice for the delivery window would be helpful. The night before delivery really throws a wrench in the mix not knowing if you need to be there in the evening or the morning.

    I ordered a washer through sams club and they use RXO as a third party delivery. The soonest availability to deliver it was two weeks after. On the day of delivery, a friday, they called me to inform me there truck broke down and they can't make it. I suppose they only had one truck, so it was rescheduled for Sunday, which I stated that I leave for work at 1030 and they will need to be finished by then. I already wasted a day off friday because they were last minute in letting me know. 5 hrs later, I receive a text they'll be here between 1230 and 0430. I called and let them know that was not an acceptable time range for me. I then asked to speak to a manager or supervisor which they proceeded to put me on hold for 15min then hang up. I then called sams club to explain the situation. The representative also attempted to call them but they would not answer. Very unprofessional, non communicative company. If it doesn't have the manpower or equipment to do a job it shouldn't accept them and I hope sams club doesn't renew their contract with them

    I had a refrigerator delivered today to my basement. There was a tough 90° turn on the stairs. The delivery man were professional and assured me they would be able to get the refrigerator downstairs. They did a great job! The reason for the low rating is because of the phone system for this company. If you hit any button other than the number one option, you will be disconnected each and every time. I was going to reschedule the delivery date, but due to the problems with their phone system it is actually impossible to do this. In order to reschedule if you would have to hit the number two button. Believe me I tried.

    The crew that did the delivery and install of our washing machine were fantastic. They deserve 5 stars. The process of scheduling the delivery and communicating with customer service was awful. I called at least five times and spoke to someone each time. I let them know that I couldn’t accept the delivery until after 4pm, but was flexible on the day of the week. Each time, they said they noted this. Once the delivery date was chosen, I assumed the window would accommodate being after 4pm. That window wasn’t provided until the day before delivery and they scheduled it for 7:30-11:30am. I immediately called and said that won’t work. The rep said they’d email the warehouse and inform them, since they were already closed for the night. I asked to be copied on the email and they said they’d can just send me my own copy. That email was never sent to me, and probably wasn’t sent to the warehouse. The next morning, I get an email around 7:00am saying my delivery is on the way and I’m their first stop, despite me saying many times that nobody would be home. So, dealing with their customer service reps is terrible, but their delivery guys are great.
