Call center in another country no clue what I was talking about and refused to connect to local dispatch. Would never use company that is so cheap they outsource call center. Would never use again. Fixed myself. Gave up with the Philippines…

The team refused to install my LG dryer despite the order including free delivery and installation. When I asked, they called their manager and told me they weren’t allowed to perform the installation. Now I have a dryer sitting in my home that I’m not even sure works. Very disappointing.
