  I wish I could give zero stars, which based on the other reviews is unusual. On 12/29/2025 at about 10:45 am, I went to this Bolingbrook location to fax some documents. My husband and young grandson were with me. At 70 years old, I have used fax machines, but nothing like they had here. It's a very long aggravating experience, but I will make it brief. My grandson has attention issues so I kept him occupied with a piece of paper, ruler, pen, and rubber band intending to have him clean the area when we were finished. I was totally confused about the fax process and kept asking for help. One time she came over and insultingly told me to use the screen on the small screen. I asked if she could help me, but she told me to follow directions. She then took the items away from my grandson, slamming the pen into the holder and throwing everything else away. She avoided me by going into an area that was not visible from the store. When she came back, my husband asked for help. I told her the machine won't take the document. She came over and rudely said to put them on the scanner. I showed her what I tried to do, and her rude reply was..."The prompt says to put it on the scanner. Does that look like a scanner to you?" After unsuccessful tries with the 2 machines, without help, we left. (My documents were faxed in 5 minutes by a very friendly and smiling woman at the UPS store across the street!)

  Hours are wrong! Says closes 6pm on saturdays. Came and everything was closed.

  The new young asian woman manager is incredibly rude. She does not cater to the customers wants. Shes now forcing us to us some machine in the front of the store so , as she claims, she can get her numbers up. When i politely refused she literally took my package rudely and went over there to scan it herself. I said please dont do that again and she said shes gonna do it every time. Very rude attitude. Not sure why they got rid of the other guy who was professional and welcoming. This new manager seems like a monster

  First off, I'll preface my review with the fact that I hate to talk to people. I'd much rather use the self-serve kiosk/printers, etc than interact with humans. Well that mentality bit me in the behind when I tried to do a big color double- sided print job that also needed to be cut in half! I didn't notice until afterward that somehow the feeder had messed up and the printing was no longer aligned in the center on one side. After spending quite a bit on the self- serve copier, I was ready to cry! Anum and Montay were so helpful when I was panicking about an upcoming event and getting the printing just right. They were both so professional and took over the printing and cutting. They had the job done in less than an hour. Although busy with many other customers on a busy Saturday, I felt valued. The morale of my story: trust the professionals to do it right!

  Monty is awesome! He was super helpful and kind. I was shipping multiple packages to various different states and he guided me through the entire process. This store runs efficiently and packages ended up arriving well before the FedEx estimated date!
