Their response was if it says it is delivered they can’t do anything about it. I wanted to give them some grace but with it happening multiple times, it is unacceptable. Get better training for people so things like this don’t happen.

She has refused to bring me items I have ordered because she said they were too heavy and that I need to pick them up (but I paid for delivery from the site I used to order). Now I seem to have the problem with the simple things I order like my toddler daughter sandals from Amazon, Why am I getting notifications that I have to go Pick them up? This lady can’t deliver a small shoe box?
