I used them from anywhere from shipping, to printing, to notary public, etc. Today I had some documents which needed to be scanned. There were 42 pages total. The cost to simply scan and email the documents? $52.50. Upon inquiring with them how much they charge to scan and copy a document. Their response is $0.23 per page. So here the company is claiming that to scan and email a document is worth double the price then scanning and printing the document. This defies all logic. Upon calling and talking to them, they said to me that the cost is $3.50 for the first page and $0.50 additional for each additional page. However, as the receipt clearly shows I was charged $1.25 per page. This is more than double what I was just told on the phone. Needless to say, this has concluded our business relationship with this company. While I totally understand the cost of doing business and the importance of a profit, $50 plus to simply scan and email some documents, defies any and all comprehension and is untethered from reality. This business will weather on the vine while charging people this amount of money for a simple scan. While some of their customers may be rich and money is not an option, this cost me 2 and 1/2 hours of labor of my life to simply have a document scanned. Thanks but no thanks.
