    I wanted to follow up to a previous post that I had made. There was a honest measuring mistake made at the store and the Owner of the Store recently helped me to work through the situation. The problem has been resolved. I appreciated the follow up and I will be patronizing this store again. I have changed my rating to 5 stars. Thank you

    If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It really takes a lot for me to write a bad review, but every single time I’ve come to this location it’s been a horrible experience. I talked myself out of writing one after the second bad encounter, but now after #3… I had to! Specifically, there’s a female employee I’ve unfortunately encountered on every visit that LOVES to talk to people like they’re stupid and berates people in front of other customers. I have no idea how this woman is still employed here when she quite literally has to interact with people all day and has the worst customer service skills I’ve ever seen. I watched her do it the first time I came in here, but thankfully was not the victim on this encounter. On one visit, she pulled me out of the main line and said she could tape my return for me. She taped it up, THEN told me there was a charge for taping. I would have just bought a roll of tape! I tried to pay with my card and she told me no, cash only over here, I’d need to go get back in the big line to pay with card. SHE had pulled me out of the line! Also very slimy to not disclose the cost ahead of time as this is not a standard across all stores. Gross! The worst encounter was me trying to send a gift and getting grilled on what all was in the package. I understand a general ask, but she probed and probed and probed about what was in the card. I got a huge lecture (in front of the whole store) about how what I was sending was absolutely prohibited and nobody would send it for me. Spoiler, it was a $20 bill. If you can’t ship cash that’s totally fine, but don’t lecture someone for not knowing! Kindly explain that’s not something UPS does (other carriers DO have options for cash by the way, so don’t tell everyone nobody will send cash for you) and go about your day. There’s no need to chastise someone! I’ve used UPS in numerous states (I’ve moved across the country many times) and have never encountered a location with such a bitter individual. I briefly read other reviews and it looks like I’m not the only one who has had problems with this woman and store, so I know nothing will get done to address this, but just a warning to all in the area to go to the other location in town or use another carrier! (Unless you enjoy people trying to embarrass you and sneaky charges, then this one is perfect for you!)

    I have returned many Amazon packages to UPS Stores all over the country. I have never been charged $2 to tape up the box or $3.75 to print out the return label. Any other store I have ever been to has not only taped anything for me without hassle but has encouraged me to let them package my items for shopping if I bring a box. I am very displeased with the customer service I just got. I left and brought my package to a different branch and they taped it and sent it without question.
