  Fabulous and Kind customer service - I had an emergency of an old antennae structure starting to fall over from a rusted base on my commercial building, and this was the only company that had the equipment and the ability to help me out in a pinch. Thank you Super Signs !!! I appreciate you !

  Very friendly staff! I popped into drop off a neon sign for repair. Everyone from the crane operator taking a break upfront, to the office manager, to the neon repair guy who told me “it was nice to meet you”.

  Had them given the project on installing the big board sign for my business and got the quote of $15,500 and just the repitition of mistakes Poor communication: clearly asked where I need the sign and they placed 2 ft away from there. Couldn't pour more concrete and just used the existing foundation where the previous business sign stood. Gave me $500 discount but that's not what I needed. Sign is now blocked for the incoming traffic to view at certain angles. Clearly told to add the electric wiring work in the project and even shared the contacts of two local certified electrition in the email. They asked that they won't charge if they could use the existing wiring. Got to know they didn't wire up until I tried to turn the lights on after the sign is stood up. Also last minute call that sign will be placed despite I asking to inform ahead of time as couple of guys needed to come to take the pics for advertisement while sign is lifted with crane. Poor service: Left the pile of dirt. No courtesy to level that up and do the seeding in the lawn. Left excessive concrete by the edge of the base and no courtesy to cut that off. I had to ask another handyman to do. I would certainly not recommend unless you write every single tiny detail in paper to the extent of even cleaning up the dirt and concrete
