- SSS SFeb 14, 20263.0Staff is friendly and helpful but the scan to ship kiosk in the front they steer you to when you have a QR code is terrible. The thing never really works without someone having to come over and help you anyway, so what is the point of this thing? Get rid of it and just have the people that work there process it for you. It's not like there's a huge line of people waiting here usually anyway.

- ZLZachary LynnDec 2, 20251.0Every month for nearly three years I've shipped a prescription in an envelope and suddenly they can't do that and it needs to be done in a package. Then proceeds to tell me that if I create the label and put it in the envelope myself, then they would do it. In who's mind does that make any sense?? It's bad enough to fend off your employees from trying to rip me off but to have the store manager say that nonsense is unacceptable. Either you guys can or can not accept it packaged in an envelope, pick one, because who generates the label is a stupid distinction.
