Unfortunately, when the delivery was first attempted, the recipient wasn’t available, and it was automatically scheduled for redelivery the next day, which was the same day as my hearing. I immediately called the store, and I believe it was the owner who answered. He went above and beyond; he actually tracked down the driver and made sure the package was delivered that same day. Thanks to his kindness, understanding, and commitment to excellent customer service, the documents arrived on time. I am super blessed and beyond grateful for their help!
