There seem to have been some staff changes and they are not quite as friendly and outgoing like they used to be. Occasionally you have to wait several minutes. Parking lot is okay you can usually still find parking in the front.

I visited to drop off a treadmill and simply requested assistance in bringing the item from my car into the store. To my surprise, the staff member I approached flatly refused to help, showing no willingness or courtesy whatsoever. It is no wonder this location has such a poor rating — the attitude and lack of professionalism displayed by the staff were both disappointing and unacceptable. . Very poor, arrogant staffs work here. I will prefer going where they have better customer service than this nasty place and angry looking staffs.
