When trying to deliver a package a week before Christmas, from here Illinois to Florida told me it’d be $1,200 to ship it over. The package was under 4lbs …. I am not joking $1,200. Went somewhere else and was only charged $80. Then when printing documents their email wasn’t working and upcharged me MORE so HE could print them out. I will be going elsewhere from now on. Always so so rude . I will never understand .
