- SSStephanieDec 23, 20251.0I waited over 3 weeks for a christmas card with pictures inside when I finally received the card it arrived in a plastic bag basic saying sorry my mail had been damaged. NO, my mail was opened. Someone thought there were gift cards and found out there wasn't and returned it back on its way. I'm just happy I received my card and school pictures. This is the 2nd year this has happened and only at Christmas time.

I arrived at 12:30 , but she was on BREAK. Another employee asked me if I had an appointment I said yes 12:45 so I waited until her break was over . At 1 when she arrived to her post she asked if I had an appointment I said yes 12:45 she ignored me and asked anyone have a 01:00 appointment and she took them skipping me . When it was finally my turn I asked her why did she skip me knowing my appointment was at 12:45 and had already seen me and said I go to break at 1230 everyday do u want to continue arguing so I don’t have to help you ! SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL SHE SPEAKS TO PEOPLE IN A CONDESCENDING WAY ! there should be a note saying her break is at 1230 as well !!!
