  I stopped by around 6 PM when several customers were coming in at once, and the two associates working handled everything smoothly. Santiago helped me figure out how to wrap, box, and label an item I needed to return. He stayed calm, friendly, and patient the entire time, even with the rush. Both gentlemen worked together as a team, and Santiago was especially efficient and helpful. I really appreciated his great customer service. I gave this rating was because he was friendly, helpful and informative. I will definitely come back. A felt welcomed by the two gentlemen working at this location.

  I have always been greeted very welcoming. Everyone has been very helpful. Jimmy is always there to help you with any problems and is very patient and knowledgeable. In fact Jimmy just spend a lot of time with me today for a second time on an issue and it was resolved. I've used this UPS Store for many things. And will continue. Thanks Jimmy!

  Cris fue increíblemente amable al explicarme todo el proceso de envío, incluso cuando yo estaba nervioso porque se trataba de un cheque. Al final no seguí adelante con el envío, pero aprecié muchísimo cómo me explicó lo del stop payment y cada paso que yo ni sabía que tenía que considerar.

  The store is ok, if you don’t mind the chaos and the old dirty carts and bins sprawled around with signs for sale. The Indian guy (perhaps owner) was super cheap and arrogant. When politely asked to fortify the tape on my small package he not only declined but kept repeating that the tape is not free and how I should buy an entire roll although I needed less than 2 inches. So much about customer service. I would never go back. Luckily the Wood Dale location is not far away and the staff is much more polite and helpful.
