I strongly believe someone who works at the post office is stealing packages. I have submitted a service request claim and currently waiting for this to be investigated and resolved.

This shipment went from Boston to Colorado, then through their facility in Illinois, to New Jersey, back to Massachusetts where it belonged! I Spoke with many different people along the way, including the Vendor who sold me my package and it was Isaiah who followed up and called me numerous times to assist and update me the whole way through, until my package finally arrived! Bravo to Isaiah, he's the man! Exceptional customer service and well done sir! I truly appreciated your help!
