  Excellent Experience! I am a professional art dealer. I worked with Jimmy at this UPS store. he helped me to pack and ship a large rare vintage art print that i bought in a local auction and had shipped to me out of state. It was expertly packed! He worked closely with me to make sure that it was protected the best way possible for transit. Arrived in excellent condition. Very helpful, friendly, and professional. Thank you for your excellent service. I will work with them again in the future.

  I came into The UPS Store needing to ship something fragile and didn’t even have a box. Carlo helped me out and recommended adding extra cushioning like bubble wrap to make sure it was fully protected. I ended up paying for the box and packing service, and he handled everything for me. He packed it carefully and professionally, which gave me peace of mind. The package was delivered safely with no damage at all, so clearly it was done right. I really appreciated the help and the attention to detail. I’ll for sure be coming back here for future shipments.

  LOVE THIS GUY NAMED KRYS. I want to give a shoutout to Krys who works at the UPS nearby. He’s always super helpful, patient, and friendly, even when the place is busy. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing his job well and helping customers. Every time I come in, the experience is smooth because of him. UPS is lucky to have Krys!

  I’ve been coming to this location for a while and the customer service has always been solid. The store is run really well and the staff actually knows what they’re doing. On my last visit, Carlo helped me with a shipment and made it super easy, and Krys took care of my returns without any issues. Everyone works well together and if something comes up, they handle it right away. I come here pretty often for returns and I’ve never had a bad experience. The team is friendly, respectful, and consistently does a great job.
