The item inside was a picture, and now it’s ruined — despite the clear labeling on the envelope. What’s more frustrating is that both of us were home at the time, and the doorbell was not rung. This raises concerns about whether deliveries are being handled with proper care and attention. I’ve noticed that delivery staff are often on their phones, and it seems that may be impacting the quality of service. Please take this complaint seriously. If this continues, I will escalate the issue by contacting the local post office manager directly. Damaged items cost money, and I expect better care to be taken moving forward.
- B8BB -8Aug 6, 20251.0A complete joke of a post office. Mail delivery is inconsistent. Mail carriers are busy talking on their phones while delivering mail. Delivering mail to the incorrect addresses. In addition to allowing the mail box door of the mailboxes to fall open, and than slammed shut. I have never head such noisy mail carriers. This part of town is the pits, and so is the post office. It's about time to hire degreed professionals for this job. Someone who takes pride in their USPS role. Not someone that just needs a job. Then quits after a week or a month because they discovered that they do not just ride around delivering mail. I have sent video and a statement to the State Attorney General for review.
