    Worse service I have ever had These people are rude and they don’t have any idea what the customer service means. I recommend using FedEx or anybody else besides UPS this is a global problem that they have and I will never use the service again.

    I paid $145 for overnight service and the tracking clearly says there was a sortation delay and the owner played the weather delay card. Very bad business

    Was great until the new owners. Every time I walk in, the owner or who ever she may be, just stairs at me with a look like i did something wrong. From day one, shes made me feel uncomfortable, with the look she gaves me which is unkind. If its my headscarf she has no right to judge. The customer service is poor only had a good encounter when one of the young men helped of a different nationality not mine or the owners. If I come in unsure about something, I should be helped and they could have showed me the products because they wear not busy especially when i walked in, but even if they had enough employes that i seen walking to help. Taking my service elsewhere because ive giving this place too many tries, it was only convenient.

    I sent a package Monday from the Belleville Il store #1727. It was to be overnighted because it had medicine for their dog who has Cushing and a stuffed toy that was left by their 3 year old son. It was not received yesterday then I tried to work online for tracking and the number didn't work. I went back to the store today and it isn't on an airplane it is in Louisville. I paid $112.00 for this package to be there yesterday. Not one bit happy!!!

    I received horrible customer service by store representative Paul this evening around 3:45 pm. I would highly recommend not coming here. Paul does not know how to talk to customers appropriately. He also appears to not fully understand Amazon’s return policy. As soon as I mentioned I had some returns he immediately tried to get me purchase shipping boxes or bags for my items. The Amazon website clearly states that things can be returned as long as they are in their original packaging. I have done returns before through UPS including this location & the one on Green Mount. The reps at the GM UPS location have always been very kind & accommodating. They closed an hour earlier so I came to this location. Paul was very domineering, had a nasty attitude, & stated he didn’t care when I tried to reason with him. He refused to listen to me even when I showed him UPS’s very clear shipping instructions for my items on my phone. It felt like a scam. I feel like he just wanted to sell me unnecessary bags to make additional funds. He kept insisting that he was right. I will not return to this location. The lady working with him was nice, but Paul was very rude. Do not recommend this location!
