  If my package going through this post office 100% I’m gonna to have a problem , delay. Or they send it wrong way ‘they need to check on the workers

  NO STARS. because I absolutely believe this incompetent facility steals packages once it arrives at Bedford. I have had several packages get lost or stolen here. Someone needs to investigate this facility. I'm going to call abc channel 7 news to go and INVESTIGATE this USPS facility to expose this place . On several times and occassions My delivery tracking stops here NEVER TO MOVE ANYMORE. This place is NOT to be trusted for anything to come through here. I'm highly very upset my packages again is STOLEN OR LOST HERE.

  I barely order packages but when I do you better count on that it’s going to be 3-5 days late or never show up!! ALL due to Bedford Park Illinois USPS center!!! I’ve emailed multiple people throughout three years, I’ve filed missing packages, I’ve done everything I possibly could to announce that Bedford Park Illinois USPS center needs to close down due to them being too incompetent to be able to do their jobs correctly. USPS does not care. My local Post Office is even aware and told me to my face that Bedford USPS will steal your packages when the packages come up missing. I’ve walked into my local Post Office and asked if they could help me find a late package of mine and she looked me in my eyes and said let me guess it’s stuck in Bedford Park? I said yes. This happens so frequently to so many different people including myself and USPS just wipes their hands clean and pretends that none of this happens. They don’t care at all. You cannot make USPS care to change the factor of this. It’s disgusting. If you google USPS Northwest Indiana reviews. That will show you all you need to know about how bad USPS reputation is now. They are by far not reliable or dependable for your packages. We are trusting these incompetence people with our hard worked money in this horrible economy and they fail us every single time. You can email someone about a missing package but this is a lose lose situation. USPS will never change this situation. It’s been three LONG LONG years I’ve been going through this agony with USPS and I can tell you nothing has gotten better, it only gets worse and proves me right every time. I’ve had so many business refund me due to my package being stolen from this place. I’ve had business refund me money due to the package being a month late. My postal service said I cannot get a P.O. Box because my packages will still continue to go through Bedford Park. She basically said there is no solution for me to by pass Bedford Park. Therefore I’m stuck dealing with this every package I have. I could honestly tell you I’ve never had a package arrive on time in three years and I have proof of that too all due to Bedford Park. It all comes down to the leadership of USPS not caring about us individuals or their local postal service workers that have to deal with us harassing them because of Bedford giving us so many issues. Thankfully UPS and FedEx always live up to their estimated arrival dates and actually come sooner sometimes. But not this company. It’s horrifying that this company is still in business. UPDATE: two of my packages got scanned on December 15th 2025 at Bedford two minutes apart. I’ve emailed USPS, I’ve filed two missing packages, I’ve put a service request in and it’s December 20th now and no one has found my packages. The First Lady I talked to from USPS basically said it’s in Bedford park we are waiting for it to arrive at its destination center. I obviously already knew that. My package is 1 hour and 49 minutes away from me at Bedford park and it’s been at Bedford or LOST for five days now. Its estimated arrival date was Wednesday and now its Saturday with no movement. I’m assuming Bedford stole my packages once again. This is the worst USPS in the entire country. I’ve never thought it was legal to steal someone’s packages or so many packages come up missing from this place coincidently. I mean I had two packages scanned two minutes apart from each other arriving at Bedford park and they are M.I.A now. That shows how high of a lost rate your package has. When people call this place deadford park. They aren’t lying. Your packages come to this place to die.

  Tried to call, couldn't get thru. Went there for passport photo- their photo machine down- they don't know when fixed. Had card/ letter to mail- needed stamp, after paying and leaving facilty- saw they charged me for "school bus fee" ??? ( note it ended up all I needed was REGULAR POSTAGE STAMP. ATTITUDE OF AGENT WAS VERY POOR CUST SERVICE

  I think the people who work here want customers to start using FedEx or UPS. I have had packages come through Bedford Park be sent to the wrong connection, come back to Bedford Park, be sent to another incorrect destination, and go back to Bedford Park. Most Distributors have the package for a day. Bedford Park will have a package for weeks! From now on I am going to pay more to use UPS so I can get my deliveries on time.
