Truly appreciating their thoughtful recognition of cancer awareness for the month of October…it deeply moved me. Impressed with their wonderful selection of greeting cards and unique stamp collections. Dungeons & Dragons stamps! What a delightful surprise! The friendly staff shared that when these were first released, they sold out quickly. Thanks to Gerald, this was actually my first time learning about them! Thank you to the entire Batavia USPS team for such a warm and memorable experience. You turned an ordinary visit into something special.

They definitely do NOT belong in this town! They need to retire or quit altogether since it seems like they are so miserable working and could care less about providing good customer service. All the complaints about the employees at this USPS location are true and correct.
