Her tone was negative and unhelpful, which made the interaction uncomfortable. I have heard similar feedback from others before, and unfortunately, I experienced the same behavior firsthand today. She refused to accept my package and walked away without offering any explanation or assistance. During the interaction, I was also asked to leave her store, "if you dont like my behaviour go to other store". If this kind of attitude continues, it may drive customers away and negatively impact the business. A successful business depends on respectful and courteous customer service, and unfortunately, this visit did not reflect that standard.
