The woman who works here is very very rude , she is throwing stuff around ( received from the customers) and forget about professionalism, she is always on the phone speaking another language ( differently not job related). UPS doesn’t deserve that , for sure I will not come here anymore , even if it’s closest from my home I will drive an extra mile, I will not accept this behavior.

If someone can’t represent the company in a respectful or welcoming way, then why have her at the front desk? She was extremely rude, didn’t greet me, and kept giving dirty stares the entire time. After reading other reviews, it’s clear I’m not the only one who’s had this kind of experience here, yet nothing seems to be changing. It’s honestly disappointing and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this location at all. Also all the good reviews seem very fake!!

The lady at the front desk was incredibly rude — she didn’t even greet me when I walked in and had a very dismissive attitude the entire time. On top of that, she wanted to charge me just to use a small piece of tape, which I’ve never been charged for at any other USPS location. It just felt unnecessary and unprofessional. I definitely wouldn’t recommend coming to this location based on how poorly customers are treated.
