When he mentioned a problem with the return box not being secure enough he offered no help or possible solution (in a place that is supposed to help you do this very thing) ZERO customer service skills and the employee should be ashamed

From the associate at the counter at 500 Commerce in Aurora Il to the Manager to the delivery driver you guys are AWESOME. There was a mix up with my nephew meds and the guy at the counter talked to the Manager and they resent the medicine and the driver delivered the medicine to my door and because of their customer concern and compassion they saved us a trip to the emergency room. THANK YOU GUYS❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
