I always have a great experience at this post office. The staff are consistently very friendly and welcoming, and they are always happy to help with any questions or issues. They take the time to explain things clearly and make the whole process easy and pleasant. I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism every time I come in.

I mailed out Christmas cards from this facility back in December and I have received several calls from people that I mailed the cards to that they just received them this week. One person said her card was opened and taped over. This is unacceptable I will never use this facility again. The cards had to been sitting there, I asked everyone when was their card stamped and they said it was for February.

If I could give this a 0 or even NEGATIVE stars I would, Greg alcantara who was working on the Drop off area has the absolute worst service I have ever received, I have dropped off thousands of orders at USPS locations with no problem but today because USPS updated their packaged names he wouldn’t accept my packages and argued with me that he won’t, what was known as FIRST-CLASS is now known as USPS Ground and because what I was mailing wasn’t in a package (which it doesn’t need to be it is a letter), I even SHOWED HIM THE FINE PRINT FROM DIRECTLY USPS and still wouldn’t take it, finally just decided to give up and told me to throw them in the self drop off area as his words were “go throw it in the drop off as I’m Not touching or accepting this and it’ll come back to you” with just a smart as tone and it’s exactly what I did, so if my package happens to get lost I know where to start. WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION
