Over that time, his system worked flawlessly, and whenever we needed additions or upgrades, the customer service on the phone and the service techs who came out were courteous, efficient and very knowledgeable.

I notified ADS that the building had been sold and requested cancellation; however, the payment was still withdrawn. After contacting ADS, I was initially told the charge would be refunded. Upon follow-up, I was informed that VP Bob Lubic had decided no refund would be issued. I stated that we would not engage ADS for any future commercial properties, at which point he advised he would pursue liquidated damages of nearly $5,000. I have been a property manager for over 25 years and have never experienced treatment like this from a vendor. This is particularly unfortunate, as our sales representative, Chris, was consistently responsive and helpful during setup and multiple locations.

The technicians take the time to tell you what they are going to do and why. They always leave the home in great shape, even take the time to check if they shut off all the lights before leaving.
