  How do they get 4.7 stars?!?!?!? Customer service is friendly not helpful no knowledgeable. Service technicians come in pairs at $240.00 per hour?! That's lawyer money! The same if not better equipment and monitoring is available for A FRACTION of the cost from other alarm companies. Wake up people! All this outfit has done is cost me and my elderly mother a ton of money. You see, they have a nice cushy cozy deal with HOAs where they are the exclusive and only company that can provide fire alarm services. Mandated by HOA Rules and there's no way to challenge it or change companies or otherwise hold them accountable. Greed. They assume the people are either too wealthy to care about money or are too old and complacent to worry about money. But in actuality, they don't care either way, it's gravy train all the way to the bank. They should be investigated for price gouging at a minimum and aggravated time wasting. I have now taken 3 days off from my job at $1000.00 per day, to sit and wait while they get nothing accomplished. I was very angry over the phone and admittedly loud and mean to the customer service reps and they just called me unprofessional and said I shouldn't blame the messenger. If you are not bound by HOA rule, get Simplisafe, quality, affordable and no contract.

  Amazing service and product! My father had ADS for decades. Over that time, his system worked flawlessly, and whenever we needed additions or upgrades, the customer service on the phone and the service techs who came out were courteous, efficient and very knowledgeable.

  We canceled our alarm monitoring service after receiving a reminder that the next quarterly payment would be deducted. I notified ADS that the building had been sold and requested cancellation; however, the payment was still withdrawn. After contacting ADS, I was initially told the charge would be refunded. Upon follow-up, I was informed that VP Bob Lubic had decided no refund would be issued. I stated that we would not engage ADS for any future commercial properties, at which point he advised he would pursue liquidated damages of nearly $5,000. I have been a property manager for over 25 years and have never experienced treatment like this from a vendor. This is particularly unfortunate, as our sales representative, Chris, was consistently responsive and helpful during setup and multiple locations.

  John K. in Tech Support was amazing with his knowledge and ability to solve the issues we were having with monitoring our system with Virtual Keypad.
