  I probably should've read the reviews before wasting my time and money on Ubers with them. Terrible communication to match with their terrible professionalism! To be specific I was scheduled for orientation for 12/17 at 2:30 pm. Upon bringing my personal information in for them to complete their I9 for me I received the (attached photo) to let me know the details for orientation. Not once was it ever mentioned for me to be on the lookout for any communications beyond that. I told them that this would be a second job for me as the shift I was hired for was 3rd shift I was also working a part time day shift. I missed their call and they never left me a voicemail! Extremely sad and disappointing for them to do this before the holidays knowing people need the income! AVOID THIS PLACE ALL COST!!!! They'll lie to you in your face and NOT CARE ONE BIT BECAUSE THEY HAVE THEIR JOB!!! Update: I was contacted to be rescheduled for my orientation. I missed the called by a minute and called back like a million times but to no avail! They like to gaslight you and play games with your time! The attached photos are screenshots from them asking for me to complete a survey 🤣 and to congratulate me on my "new" imaginary job! This is NOT A COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH NOR TRUST!!!

  NEVR ANSWERS THE PHONE!! MY FIANCÉ GOT HURT AND THEY NEVER ANSWER FOR ANY CLAIM INFO ! it’s been 2 months since we initially spoke to someone and we’ve gone as far as having to email them because they’re making it seem like we are not on top of things

  Won't answer phone calls or text. No corporate number to call. Website freezes to change password as well as app. Good luck accessing your info if you forget it. Communication is at almost zero with this agency.
