I just recently received my first bad review due to this post office losing a package. It never left there. I've been in complaining about many other packages lately. Makes me think this was intentional. Horrible service as expected from any government run office. Spend the extra money for your saftey. Not like you'll be able to claim the insurance when you packages are stolen from these crooks.
