Got all 3 kids up, adjusted our work schedules since both parents have to be there and they said “sorry no agent in”. Didn’t call us to let us know, apologize or even have a manager talk to us. Just said “Yes you have an appointment but the agent sometimes shows up and sometimes doesn’t.” They schedule appointments knowing that sometimes the agent shows up and sometimes they don’t but they don’t want to let people know no agent showed up because passports make them the most money.

Today (I think his name is Renard) , joined my "angels" in providing excellent customer service! I stopped in (on my lunch) and Almost immediately, he inquired (due to a long line) if anyone was picking up POST office packages. (I WAS) and when I stepped to the counter All 3 of my "angels" greeted me with a smile and a hello. (While he quickly retrieved my items-- SUPER QUICK!) 🥰 I am not good with names, but I know ALL of their faces. I work in a customer industry and I can appreciate those that provide excellent services. Often they are not appreciated!! The TEAM here on Euclid are a blessing 🙌🏾! I APPRECIATE YOU!! Here's hoping someone at their corporate offices adds a little something EXTRA in their Christmas stocking- I promise. They deserve it!! 😇

Instead of offering guidance or basic courtesy, they spoke in an abrupt tone and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them just by asking simple questions. Good customer service should include patience, clarity, and respect—especially in a place where people rely on staff for help with mailing and shipping. Sadly, that wasn’t the case during my visit. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I hope the management addresses this issue so future customers can have a more positive and respectful experience.
