  It is either Amazon or UPS that is doing this.It could be bought. I couldn't be more frustrated with this store. I had a label printed at local library but when I wanted to drop it off here, they wouldn't accept it. They "have a policy" not to accept labels printed by different printers! They want to charge 12 dollars for reprinting labels for simple Amazon return that was wrong size. Unfriendly employees won't help either. Go elsewhere

  Do not try to ship at this location, its not a corporate own UPS, its own by a third party. The workers in this store try ever loop hole to make you pay even through Amazon said its free return. They even charge to print out a ship label. The two times i tried coming here, i was always sent back, one time i was sent back home because they didnt allow me to use their tape, I had to buy tape at the store to close the box. DO NOT come here, waste of time and money and this is bad for the Arlington Heights area.

  This UPS location is amazing to work with! They were extremely patient and helpful with our needs. Our yard signs look great and turnaround time was also quick! Highly recommend!

  Very friendly crew member the one with glasses even at closing time did not hesitated to help myself and other people in line.
