Benjamin and Alice at FedEx were absolutely amazing to work with! They were both so friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. They took the time to answer all my questions, made sure everything was printed perfectly, and truly went above and beyond to make the whole process easy and stress-free. It’s rare to find customer service this good, I really appreciated their professionalism and positive attitudes. Highly recommend working with them if you get the chance!

I brought a package to the center a week ago and tracking shows it hasn’t left their facility. When I originally went into the store, I brought the package to a counter with a person but was directed to the self help kiosk instead. Now my package is not moving and they won’t connect me with someone at the store to speak about it directly. Never had this issue with any other Fedex location.

I rarely ever leave negative reviews, but this experience really left me disappointed at this FedEx Office Print center in Arlington Heights on Rand Rd. I came in at start of business hours on November 7th, 2025 at 9am and spoke with FRAN, needing a quick job done, just to have a stack of papers hole-punched using their industrial punch. It was a 5-minute task at most. Fran at the counter (short hair, working that morning) was playing on her phone when I walked in and told me she “didn’t have time to do it.” Then, unbelievably, she suggested I leave to go to a competitor instead to get the job done. I couldn’t believe it, I was not asking for anything complicated, just basic customer service for a quick job. Heck she could’ve allowed me to do it myself, if she was “so busy”. I left feeling angry, frustrated, and honestly shocked at how dismissive she was. What a huge inconvenience. For a company built on service and reliability, this was unacceptable. A simple act of courtesy could have gone a long way. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this FedEx Office Print & Ship Center, and I’ll be sharing this experience with others so they know to take their business elsewhere. This could have been an easy 5-star review.

If you like to be nickel and dimmed to death, this is the FedEx office location for you. Reached out to them to print 250 single Side flyers and 250 business cards they quoted me almost $300. Mind you the business cards are single-sided on basic card stock and the flyers are on basic printer paper. Almost $300. So then I tell them don’t worry about it I will just print them in our office and Matt tells me well. The business cards are only $25. The rest of it is the price of the flyer. So I tell Matt since the business cards are only $25 for 250 that I will go ahead and do that but I will print the flyers here in my office because I’m not paying over $200 for 250 basic flyers that I can print on the computer here. So he tells me to email over the business card and they will have it ready tomorrow and the total is $28 with tax. I sent it over and within about 30 minutes. I just got a call from Matt telling me that he’s going to have to charge me an editing fee as well because the business card is not in proper format. It was sent over in JPEG and it was sent over in PDF. Two of the most common formats that people use. Sounds to me like this FedEx location is in the business of nickel and diamond people to death to try to make as much money as they possibly can off of people. It is cheaper to go by yourself a printer, ink, and paper and print the stuff yourself at home then to deal with FedEx office.
