I went to the ANNA post office at 130 pm Aug. 19 There were 2 employees just talking in area finally one asked what i wanted I said I want to check in these 8 packages I had put on counter. He said come back in 30 min as no one can scan them in we don't know how. I said the sign on door says open internet says open and your here? He said they didn't know how to check packages in that guys left for lunch. So i left my packages and said I would be back to get receipt. He said ok . I sat in car and then went back in and there's my packages setting on the counter that anyone could steal . I then seen lady way back and said do you think you could put my package out reach and then she moved my packages to the floor. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE if there's a lunch time your closed it should be posted on website and on door.

Atleast once a month I have to go on a wild goose hunt to find my “lost” package. My mail is always getting delivered to the wrong place or not at all.
