Then I asked Frank to ship items as a parcel to get tracking numbers and he only sent one as parcel so I did not have tracking numbers. I called back to get the problem fixed and one of the carriers answered the phone and said no one is there to help me, I have to call back... There is no one I can call to get this fixed... POOR POOR customer service at Main street!!!
