- DNDan NuttleJan 26, 20261.0I sent an image for printing to a local shop. Got a voicemail about concerns; they asked me to call back. I did, and got a robot that simply refused to put me through to the local store. After several tries, I gave up. I will not spend my money anywhere that insulates themselves with a layer of phone robots. *They* asked *me* to call back, but their system wouldn't let me. I went to the store and talked to the rep. She said, "You mean option 8 didn't put you through?" I had to fight not to burst out laughing. Option 8 from a robot is usually something like, "Are you interested in learning more about investor relations with our Central Asian subsidiaries?" No, it suffices to say, I did not listen for option 8. The first option was, as I recall, "Are you calling about a print order for delivery or pickup." I was. Beyond this, I canceled my order because the image would have printed very differently (heavily cropped) from the way it appeared online. So I can't trust their online ordering system, and I can't contact the store.

- P2P 2Jan 17, 20252.0Rude agent barking orders. How about "may I see your ID please". Don't tell me you have to scan my ID for a pick up. FedEx policy that is clearly on the website is that you need to check my name and date of birth (to determine I am an adult) and that is all if I wish not to scan my license. So don't lie to me and tell me if I don't scan I don't get the package. It was like dealing with a 3 year old. In the end, I did not scan and I have my package.
