The tracking showed “PO Box” even though I do not have a PO Box, and the packages were originally scheduled to be delivered on January 27. I had to call three times because no one returned my call after the first conversation. The second time, I was told they would contact the driver, but there was still no follow-up. I even texted the driver directly. Due to the lack of communication and urgency, my packages were delayed and will not be delivered until tomorrow. Very frustrating experience and poor customer service.

Honestly I send 20-30 packages out per week and if I dont physically take them inside to get scanned the chances of them getting lost or stolen increases tremendously.
