    Went around lunchtime and I was the only customer in there. Super helpful at front desk. I haven't sent out a package in a bit and forgot to add a label (to/from). Luckily the lady at the front desk gave me a marker to fill it out and gave me options for sending. Paid and got out as fast as I could write. Thanks.

    Today was my appointment for the passport of our three children. The lady who helped us arrived with inappropriate bad behavior, I understand that I did not fill out the form online, it was my first time looking for a passport, I did not know about that, I told her if it was not possible it was okay I would make another appointment and fill out the forms but she said no and gave me the forms to fill out, she was pressuring me, scolding me and making fun of me, laughing with her partner, her professionalism is unacceptable if she does not like Latino people, that's fine, she does not have to like us but it is a job that she has and we must respect it and be courteous to people, I had to leave there with my papers because I did not have the patience to continue putting up with her, I hope my next appointment in another location is pleasant and is not a despotic person like Mrs. Maria

    I was there today to ask some questions about passport application which got lost in the system and was unable to print. I was told there to go to local post office to help me find answers what to do or get new application to submit it again in person. I wanted just info. I was waiting 20 min for older hispanic lady who spoke also spanish and she was extremely rude, didn’t want to help to find solution at all. I will never go there again and lady should be fired for her mean attitude.

    This Post Office is horrible. They have nothing but rude, angry people working the counters. The manager patricia is an absolute nightmare.She's running this place into the ground....
