The lady who helped us arrived with inappropriate bad behavior, I understand that I did not fill out the form online, it was my first time looking for a passport, I did not know about that, I told her if it was not possible it was okay I would make another appointment and fill out the forms but she said no and gave me the forms to fill out, she was pressuring me, scolding me and making fun of me, laughing with her partner, her professionalism is unacceptable if she does not like Latino people, that's fine, she does not have to like us but it is a job that she has and we must respect it and be courteous to people, I had to leave there with my papers because I did not have the patience to continue putting up with her, I hope my next appointment in another location is pleasant and is not a despotic person like Mrs. Maria

I was told there to go to local post office to help me find answers what to do or get new application to submit it again in person. I wanted just info. I was waiting 20 min for older hispanic lady who spoke also spanish and she was extremely rude, didn’t want to help to find solution at all. I will never go there again and lady should be fired for her mean attitude.
