The new owners had informed me that the former owners were forced to sell because of making too many mistakes and of the many customer's complaints they received. I could attest to that because of the poor customer service I received by the former owners employee's. They would sit and stay on their 📱 without acknowledging customers as they entered the store. I'm hopeful the new owners can regain the trust of the valued customers who utilize the store for returns (Amazon), mailings and logistics. And I had a positive/productive visit today

They attempted delivery two times during the middle of the day (during a work week when I’m at work!) and my mom told them over ring doorbell that we would be there the next day for the third attempt. On the tracker it said it would be delivered the next day. After more than halfway through that day after making sure we were home, I get a delay notification and they never came! Then they tried the third attempt again yesterday, same time as the first two days, after having skipped the one day I disrupted everything to be home for. Now they are sending it back to the sender! It’s been impossible to reach anyone- I was on hold for almost 2 hours to not even get to speak with anyone and apparently no one at UPS store can do anything about this. The driver Never filled out any of the notices left. This is the absolute worst customer service and delivery experience I have ever had. It doesn’t make any sense to deliver a signed package at 1-2pm during a work week, and if you miss a delivery day that you promise you will deliver on, there should at least be one more attempt or left at an access point. It makes no sense that I can’t get customer service in store and was on the phone with an endless hold and no resolve. I have wasted days for this issue. I usually don’t write bad reviews, but this was absolutely the worst delivery service I’ve ever had and this seems like one of the only ways to actually get through to someone.
