Called the location Saturday to see if I could pick up the package instead and was told no, it isn’t allowed, when online it says you can if you have Saturday pickup. 02/23 Out for delivery since 9:40am. Shipped 6:51pm 02/19 via 2-Day Air. I’m not necessarily blaming this location directly, more UPS as a whole. Why pay for expedited shipping when it isn’t a priority on their list? Make this make sense.

They both gave me my best opinions on what I should do! The reassured me that my package would be delivered ASAP and would be received in a timely manner!
