I’ve had no issues printing shipping labels from usps especially since it is their shipping label I’m printing. Lady behind the counter wants to complain about having surgery but can’t print my label. Tells me to go somewhere else. I can see why everyone is going digital. Worst customer service I’ve seen in a long time

Generally, I am merciful because the postal service is always short staffed. I'm not sure why it took the young man behind the counter so long to help me with packages... nearly 20 minutes. And, after I had told him that I wanted one payment for both of my packages, he still messed it up and I ended up spending an extra $32 to complete my business.
The United States government has yet to figure out how to run anything efficiently and effectively. I say this as a Veteran who has worked for and received care from many government agencies, so...

Edmundo was the most nicest, helpful, knowledgeable quickest employee I’ve ever met! Protect this man at all cost. He was working and ensured to assist everyone he could at a quick manner while also ensuring to do his job right. This location was a bit far for me to do my passport services (close to two hours), but after the experience he gave me I left unbothered and a happier than before I got there, thanks to his sweet help!
