    This company delivered water to my house, but I don’t use them. I tried calling about having the water removed, and it’s just a pre-recorded message of someone pretending to pick up the phone. So, I couldn’t even talk to anyone, and this is such a waste of water.

    The worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They lie about deliveries, they deliver the wrong amount. DO NOT USE THESE CLOWNS. They are the worst and I hope they get sued.

    There is no place to swap out the bottles and buy the spring water. I have been to their office on Idaho street a couple times and no one is around. I tried the delivery but after being charged for spring and delivered purified, delivered broken bottles that leaked all over the floor, and then being charged for no delivery “picked up bottles” but no bottles picked up or exchange. I cancelled my membership and they still tried to charge me to pick up the bottles. I now have a ton of bottles that they won’t refund the deposit on.
