- AAAtlasTanker3 days ago4.0I go here all the time to send off eBay stuff I'm selling. Great customer service (so far) and great building. Just watch the parking lot when backing, people love to sneak up on you. Also don't ever try to re-use flate rate boxes or envelopes, even if your cross out the bar codes. I forgot about their policy one time and had a frustating experience here.

Each time we visit the office to get an update they push us off promising that next week or in three weeks there will be a resolution… never do they answer the question honestly. Very disappointing. Only reason I didn’t give 1 star is because they do stop our mail at the office for us.

- KBKassie BronsonNov 12, 20251.0this place can’t get their crap together and deliver their packages. then when you drive all the way into town to pick it up, and wait in their long as heck line, because your tracking says to pick it up! now you’re not able to pick it up, because they’re apparently re-delivering it. so you have to wait even longer for your package, because yesterday was veterans day. All because they couldn’t figure out how to deliver it in the first place, since they put it on the wrong truck. They have one job and they can’t even do it right. incredibly frustrating and maddening is an understatement.
