- JTJmz Tatt2Dec 20, 20251.0Very upsetting when my mom an elderly woman calls and speaks with the lady there to make sure they’ll be in the office till 3:30 (like it says online) cause she needs to make a change of address and it’s a long drive for her. The lady that works the front counter says yes they are open come on down. So my mom makes the two hour drive down to the post office to find a note on the door saying they closed early and won’t open till Tuesday. So my mom wasted four hours of driving and not to mention the gas to accomplish nothing for the day. They are always disorganized and sometimes you get your mail sometimes you don’t and when you go down to pick up your packages they don’t know where anything is at cause it’s such a mess with packages piled everywhere. The lady obviously needs help with work ethics and should be keeping the place open till 3:30 like it says. If I could leave a note star review I would. Shame on you to the lady that works there.
