- DBDacia BoweryJun 25, 20251.0Ridiculously rude and arrogant. I called this morning asking about a package that I needed to go and pick up. Mal (I'm pretty sure that is his name) answered the phone and was not pleasant at all. I had some packages I had to ship out later in the day, and I saw that my package finally made it to the store location, so I went in to get it and ship my items out. I do this every week, and the girl who normally helps me is AMAZING, but she was busy. The entire time I was in line, he was being rude to other customers and visibly showing that he was annoyed by simply having to do his job. He made snarky comments while processing my package, when it has never been a problem—and he's getting paid to do it. He tried telling me my package was not at the location and that he "already checked" when it wasn’t even possible for him to have done so. I am not sure why he is still working at this location considering how rude he was and the numerous bad reviews he has. I will only be using this location if my normal girl is helping me.
