- KDKristen DamianiDec 12, 20255.0I get people will have bad experiences at the post office, just like the DMV, the airport, or getting a colonoscopy….. some places automatically invoke high stress for most people and when a slight misgiving from a VERY TIRED & OVERWORKED postal worker occurs, customers are likely to overreact. The workers are PEOPLE, not robots. You’d be shocked how much is out of their control and if they could solve your problem immediately, they would! I adore every person who works at this location. I’m in there almost daily and have had the privilege of getting to know them on a personal level. The lady with “the bad attitude” is easily the kindest person and one of my favorite people to see each day! So my advice for those frustrated by their issue not being fixed immediately, stop & think and actually listen to what they’re telling you.
- MLMegan LooseDec 3, 20251.0If I could give zero stars I would. My husband and I are always met with a nasty, rude, cynical attitude, especially by the female postworker. She always sighs when she sees us bring in some packages to send out and is no help when I am facing a problem. I didn't get a letter from my doctors office which was an important letter and I went in and asked for her help to see if the postman maybe forgot it in his truck and she just said "check back in a week on the app" Didn't even try to go look for it for me and was just rude. Something needs to be done with their customer service and they need to take a refresher course on customer service skills. Awful workers to where I always dislike going to that post office and try my best to go to another one to send out packages
