- PCPROPHE-C CFeb 20, 20261.0My wife and I opened a P.O. Box at this location in Star. It was the worst experience we have ever had with any post office ever. None of our packages or mail would ever get delivered to our P.O. Box. Which is the service that we paid for. We finally decided to cancel and close our P.O. Box because none of our items were actually getting delivered to our P.O. Box. The “Postmaster” at this location is an absolute joke. He is rude, standoffish, and completely useless. This man has absolutely no customer service skills, and truly does not care about his job or anyone that steps into the Star Post Office. Even his own employees at the Front Desk would complain about him to us, and how bad he is. That says a lot about this place. Don’t waste your time or your money with this Post Office in Star.

- KDKristen DamianiDec 12, 20255.0I get people will have bad experiences at the post office, just like the DMV, the airport, or getting a colonoscopy….. some places automatically invoke high stress for most people and when a slight misgiving from a VERY TIRED & OVERWORKED postal worker occurs, customers are likely to overreact. The workers are PEOPLE, not robots. You’d be shocked how much is out of their control and if they could solve your problem immediately, they would! I adore every person who works at this location. I’m in there almost daily and have had the privilege of getting to know them on a personal level. The lady with “the bad attitude” is easily the kindest person and one of my favorite people to see each day! So my advice for those frustrated by their issue not being fixed immediately, stop & think and actually listen to what they’re telling you.
