We require 12 pieces per graphic for custom printing. There is no minimum requirement for embroidery or transfers.
Do you offer embroidery?
Yes! We own an in-house embroidery machine. We also have an offsite partner. This allows us to offer the best solutions for your projects. All first-time art will have a digitizing charge.
What type of apparel do you have to offer?
You can choose from hoodies, crewneck tees, tote bags, hats, and so much more. Talk to our sales department and we will find what you need.
What are the requirements for artwork?
All art must be provided in vector format. This includes file types of AI, EPS, SVG, and PDF. If the art is not vectored, charges may apply. New art is created in-house. We’ll send a proof for your approval before printing. Art charges may apply. All new and custom art is the property of GameFace, but you have purchase options.
Do you do samples or press checks?
We carry samples of hundreds of items. This allows you to see what you're ordering and check sizing. At this time, we do not offer press checks.
Do you offer decal printing (stickers) or on-paper printing?
Yes, we offer stickers for cars, helmets, laptops, and more. All one-color stickers are cut in-house. Multi-color stickers must be cut off-site. Unfortunately, we do not offer paper printing.
What is the largest screen you do?
Most prints stay within 12” wide. However, we can go up to 15” by 15” for your project. We do not create over-sized prints.
What is your turn-around time?
For an online store, the turn-around time is 14 business days after the store is closed. All pick-up times may vary.
For screen printing, transfers, and embroidery, the normal turn-around time is 14 business days after the art and quote are both approved.
Rush orders may be accepted. Rush orders must be approved, and additional fees may apply.
What areas can you print on?
Standard print locations are full front, full back, left chest, back neck, sleeve, and left thigh. If you need an area printed that is not listed here, give us a call. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Can you ship my order?
Yes, we are happy to ship anywhere in the US. A shipping charge will be added to your order. Costs will vary depending on location and weight.
