New staff at this post office. I have had a po box for 24 years, never had such problems. UPS delivered a package there, they did not notify me. I am unable to get to post office during the week. Went on a Saturday, no notice of package. Called the next business day and asked if it could be put in one of their large boxed with a key placed in my box. They have these available for this reason. The lady was very rude, said she would make a 1 time exception but made it clear this was a problem. I have never requested anything like this in 24 years. It is a huge problem at this post office with packages these days. I miss the old crew who would work with their customers.

About the most incompetent bunch of idahodians I have ever encountered! Rude! Expect you to drive how ever many miles for your pink slip even though your package is right there. Also if you ask about a package they may rudely tell you they have nothing else, then later you learn they did. Amazing these people still have a job! Ive lived in DC, Seattle, and Pittsburgh, never had these issues or type of customer service. These places had many more than 606 people in their town! Come on Feds!
