Our mail lady will not leave any packages. We have been fighting this for years. We have complaned and talked to the post master and nothing gets done. People should be heald accountable to do their jobs. She is the only one that will not deliver packages. Our daughter missed her birthday gift for her birthday over this persons lack of work ethick and responsibility.I guess my next stop is try to go hire up the pole.

Got a notification today about a package not being delivered because they didn't have access to the location. I have no fence and an open front yard to the front door. This has been one of many issues with this post office. There delivery is horrible and needs to be corrected asap.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! I mailed a package from this post office when I was in the area. I was traveling and eventually misplaced the receipt with the tracking number. The package that I had shipped was from an item I had sold online and the buyer was saying that they didn’t receive it. Now I needed to prove that it had been shipped and arrived so that I did not have to refund their money. It took a few days but they were willing to work on it continuously throughout their work day and they eventually located the tracking information for me. I was able to prove that the package had been delivered and that I was no longer responsible for the fact that the buyer couldn’t locate it. I thanked the postal worker profusely and his comment was that’s our job. However, I don’t feel that it was their job since I was the one that misplaced the tracking information. They went above and beyond for me!

Old building, cracked sidewalks. Closes at 4:30. No stamp machines. Poor service. Only 1 person in the building actually wears a uniform. Delivery service is dismal, frequently having my mail delivered to other people. Delivery driver refuses to get out of her truck when necessary and demands that residents plow the city streets so she can drive up to the mailbox, rather than contacting the City who is supposed to clear the snow.
