Carrier doesn't even attempt to deliver packages or important mail even if we're outside in the driveway. Very disappointed with how they handle things and would rather take more time to fill out a slip rather than handing it to us or putting it into the box.

Customer service was horrible!! Kari Turner would be disgusted at the poor customer service!! She's always been AMAZING to everyone and the female working today was rude and not helpful AT ALL!!

I Have been living 31 years in the Benewah Valley. Never a reason to complain about the Mail carrier, nor the Post Office employees. Exactly the opposite! Except for the present crew! What a pain in the rear. All those years packages were delivered to a designated spot, or picked up by someone else who was in town.Today I called the P.O. about pick up of a package. In fact, the last time was only 2 weeks ago, there was no problem then. Today I was told by a postal employee (Tanya) that no one was allowed to pick up my package. "It has never been done" was the answer to my question why not. That is a LIE! The present crew is giving so different information from one time to the next, one might get the impression "if you don't know, make it up". Maybe they need better training? L'd like to give them minus 5 stars.

Can’t seem to ever get my packages with out a 20-40 min wait. Only one lady working counter while 2-3 people stand in back chatting. It’s amazing they can’t take a second out of there personal conversation and give the lady at the counter a hand.
