- DJDevin JamesSep 29, 20255.0I hope the post master knows they have a rockstar in (I'm terrible with remembering names) but Laurine I believe it was. She set up my PO Box and was so friendly, sweet and always smiling. I knew I was in good hands if she was helping me. She helped me above and beyond every time I was there. It doesn't seem like she gets a lot of help from the other workers there but still she works hard, kicks butt and gives service with kindness. If you guys ever are considering giving someone a raise I nominate her! I'm moving out of state to go back by family and I will miss getting to interact with her. Don't mess it up, make sure you keep her. Sincerely, former box 903 :)
- UCUlysses CainSep 25, 20251.0My package has been sitting at this location for days. They don't appear to do the jobs they were hired for. I will have to drive to this location and get the package myself since they allow packages to be dropped off at this location but won't actually deliver the packages. Pretty crazy these people are getting paid good money but don't do what they're hired for. UPDATE: they have now lost my package. I entered the post office and at first she refused to help me at all. Finally after explaining multiple times what the issue is it clicked in her brain and then I got the news the package is lost. I don't understand how this place is actually allowed to operate I've never come across a business as unprofessional and chaotic as this one. 0 stars for this joke of a post office. Children could run it more efficiently. Shame on the postmaster he should be embarrassed and ashamed and step down and let someone with education take the role.
