- LRlisa robbinsJul 23, 20251.0Very unhappy with mail delivery. We only have PO Boxes in the area so I was told to put my box number at the end of street address so they will have it held. Worked great for years! The last 2-3 years most of my mail is being returned to sender yet I get random people's not on my list they have me fill out ever year mail!? This place has turned into a joke. Then when I go in and inform them I have a package coming and ask if they not returned it again I get nasty remarks "I need to only put the PO Box #" some places require an address to place order. It wouldn't be a big deal but it like they choose what mail goes in because some days I get mail addressed with my street and box and other days I don't. Which leads me to believe its someone not happy with their job and on a power trip. The PRC should really look into this office. Or at least give general knowledge to the customers of what to expect so mail isn't being lost or sent back.

- SBShain ByingtonFeb 15, 20201.0The lady at the post office was reluctant but willing to wait for me to arrive (7 minutes after our phone conversation) to pickup a package that was supposed to be delivered on Friday. After I arrived at the post office, she was so rude to me, she slammed the package down in front of me, never checked to make sure I was the person that the package was supposed to go, no checking for I. D. or even the notice paper the give you in your mail. Then slammed the window door in my face. I never Evan had a chance to thank her. I wish I had never gone there in the first place. Very very uncalled for. i was planning on giving her a gift certificate for a free meal but I never had a chance to say a word. If you hate working with the public you need to change your vocation.
