- LRlisa robbinsJul 23, 20251.0Very unhappy with mail delivery. We only have PO Boxes in the area so I was told to put my box number at the end of street address so they will have it held. Worked great for years! The last 2-3 years most of my mail is being returned to sender yet I get random people's not on my list they have me fill out ever year mail!? This place has turned into a joke. Then when I go in and inform them I have a package coming and ask if they not returned it again I get nasty remarks "I need to only put the PO Box #" some places require an address to place order. It wouldn't be a big deal but it like they choose what mail goes in because some days I get mail addressed with my street and box and other days I don't. Which leads me to believe its someone not happy with their job and on a power trip. The PRC should really look into this office. Or at least give general knowledge to the customers of what to expect so mail isn't being lost or sent back.
- DRdi ritterFeb 8, 20251.0If I could rate them lower I would. There is one person in the post office willing to help. I have had run ins with every other employee. Especially the post master who is the rudest most argumentative person I have ever met. She locked our box because I didn’t slip my rental payment under the door rather than the local mail slot. Who knew! It’s not posted anywhere. The complaints go on and on. But this time I’m taking it up the ladder. After doing a temporary move it’s been seven weeks and still haven’t seen mail unless we’ve called the business and gave them our temporary address. I’ve called three times asking for some resolution and nothing. I’m over it!

She's absolutely rude to customers and refuses to work with or help them. She wants to argue with you about how things work instead of figuring out a solution to the problem.
