As a customer, I'm not an expert at mailing packages, however the lady working the desk October 11, 2022 at 12:30 pm seemed to think it appropriate to raise her voice at me for not filling out a certain form that I had never heard of. I made it known that I was not familiar with the process but she treated me like I was an incompetent person. She was not helpful whatsoever. In fact, I felt the need to just leave without mailing these packages because I was on the verge of emotionally breaking down. I cannot return here for the concern of running into this unkind woman again.

The staff are so friendly and there is one middle aged man who is enthusiastic and passionate about customer service.The post office itself is rather small and I have had to wait for up to 15 minutes sometimes to get served. Have had no issues sending parcels from here. They sell envelopes, packages, and stamps here.
