Can you blow up a picture to print?
The answer isn't as simple as yes or no, but the answer is yes. The quality, however, would all depend on the resolution of your image. We print everything at 300 dpi (dots per inch). If your image resolution supports us enlarging it without losing quality then yes we can do it, and it will still look good. If your image resolution does not support enlarging the image and will look fuzzy then we will let you know that before we print to make sure you are ok with the low resolution result. If you are unsure if your resolution can support enlarging it for printing, please bring in the file or email it to us and tell us the desired size and we can let you know if your file supports enlarging it or not.
What file format do you prefer?
We prefer a PDF file but we can accept most other image file formats as well. PDF file format is meant for print and so that is why we prefer PDF. Other file formats might turn out differently than expected if we print from a file format different from a PDF.
What are promotional products?
Promotional products (aka promo products) are any product that you can brand with your logo for promotional purposes. Some examples of promotional products include but are not limited to: water bottles, pens, shirts, hats, business card holders, bracelets, etc.

What is the best way to print my fine art?
We have a number of options to choose from to print fine art prints. First off, you will want to bring in your fine art so we can scan it. Then you can choose from a canvas wrap print, poster print or a metal print. We have a number of different material types available as well. We would be happy to sit down with you and discuss the options available to you and show you examples on the different materials available.

Design cost is based on the project scope. If you are looking for a quote on a specific project please give us a call and we can get you a cost on what the design on your project will be.

Cost on banners can fluctuate occasionally depending on the price of vinyl banner material from the manufacturer. It is best to call in or email us to get an accurate quote.

What is your turnaround time on printing?
Our normal turnaround time is 2-5 days for commercial jobs but we are able to handle 1-day or same-day turnaround times as well. The turnaround time may vary depending on complexity, quantity and production load.
Do you guys do regular walk-in customers or do you just do businesses?
Even though we have a strong business to business model we are able to take walk-in customers. We have a front counter with Customer Service Representatives ready to help you on your next project.
If I come in with a file, can I wait for it in the store while it gets printed?
You are welcome to wait in the store for it to get printed but depending on the current production load it may take longer than you are willing to wait. Typically we would ask you to drop off the project and we will give you a call when it is ready to be picked up. Either way we will inform you of the estimated time that the project will be finished.
Do you do photo printing like Costco or Walgreens?
We do not use the same printing technology for smaller photo prints but we use a high quality printing technology that gives a similar look. On larger photo prints we would use the same technology as any other service that offers larger photo printing.
Do you guys print on fabric?
We do have the ability to print direct-to-garment for apparel. The other capabilities are printing to canvas to create canvas wraps.
If I need something designed, do you guys have templates (in store or online) that I can choose from?
We have templates in-store that we are happy to share with you. Pretty soon we will have an online system that will provide you with a number of templates for different products.
Do I need an appointment to talk to someone if I come into the store?
You do not need an appointment. You are welcome to stop by anytime. If you work with an account manager or a sales representative it would probably be good to set an appointment with them to make sure they are in the center for the meeting.
Do you have a Notary?
We do not have a notary. But we do have a variable die cutting machine. Not useful for getting documents notarized at all, but it is lots of fun to watch the robotic arm cut pretty much any shape out and mind-numbing speeds.

The better question is 'What services don't we offer?' Seriously. We print anything on everything. Except for the stuff we don't, which isn't much.
