Must have some of the absolute laziest people in the world working for this establishment. Saw an older lady pull up to my apartment complex to deliver mail and I had a package that was supposed to be arriving today. Saw her leave and never deliver my package. Got a notice that the receptacle was too small and they left a notice(which they didn’t leave). Now I have to wait over the weekend for my package absolutely ridiculous. The people that deliver mail and packages from this location are absolutely garbage at theirs jobs.

This office likes to wrongfully deliver packages and mail. I get the neighbors mail often. Was supposed to have a package delivered today, and have been home all day. According to the usps driver I requested to have my package held at the office, I did not request this. Isn’t that illegal somehow? You forget to deliver a package, and now its my responsibility to drive to your office during your business hours some how and claim my package you were supposed to deliver to my house thanks

Today is November 13th and it's 1:12 in the afternoon and I just walked up to the rathdrum post office to check our mail. The only thing in there was a yellow card well we all know what the yellow card is for , got to get a package, right.
I knock on the door where it says employee entrance only because there's five people inside the counter at the post office and one person in front of me at the door, so I would be like number seven, BUT there's only 1 one person working the counter .
So I knock and she says got to wait in line !
well I just don't think that's good customer service and good ethics!
Then I start to walk out and the heater vents that come out of the ceiling at the post office - OMG they are freaking disgusting!!!!! come on people!?!?
