The blonde lady who they typically have running the front desk is EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I would be embarrassed as a manager to have her working under me. To be fair, she must get the attitude from the bald guy who runs the place because he is not any better.
Do better USPS. This is embarrassing.

Priest River USPS. I had a prepaid label with a QR code. They refuse to scan and accept it. They made me go to the library and print out a copy of their own label. Government inefficiency at its best. Use UPS/Fedex.

I schedule pick ups. They don’t bother to pick them up and mark them as attempted, which is a lie. I’m waiting on a package inside my home and the tracking number says attempted held at post office upon request. Also a complete lie. What a joke.

They are too lazy to get out of their car that ‘ A carrier delay has occurred. Delivery may be delayed’. They never know how to answer the phone, and they fly down private drives! The blonde at the post office is genuinely horrible at customer service, lying that it was delivered to the correct address, when we have cameras! We can see if they ever showed up.

Took it upon themselves to change the address in my package to another address because of similar names.
No big deal it happens. The reason behind my 2 starts is when I called and spoke to the manager about their mistake, she couldn't care less. You are handeling my mail and important information. You put a delay in my business. The total disregard was not okay. Poor customer service.
