The blonde lady who they typically have running the front desk is EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I would be embarrassed as a manager to have her working under me. To be fair, she must get the attitude from the bald guy who runs the place because he is not any better. Do better USPS. This is embarrassing.

Priest River USPS. I had a prepaid label with a QR code. They refuse to scan and accept it. They made me go to the library and print out a copy of their own label. Government inefficiency at its best. Use UPS/Fedex.

I schedule pick ups. They don’t bother to pick them up and mark them as attempted, which is a lie. I’m waiting on a package inside my home and the tracking number says attempted held at post office upon request. Also a complete lie. What a joke.

The post master is horrible. She keeps returning mail to sender instead of putting it in my po box. I was told she hates outsiders and im new town so she is trying to make my life miserable buy not letting my mail get to me. Wish I could give 0 stars
