- YYYveOct 20, 20251.0The blonde lady who they typically have running the front desk is EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I would be embarrassed as a manager to have her working under me. To be fair, she must get the attitude from the bald guy who runs the place because he is not any better. Do better USPS. This is embarrassing.

They never know how to answer the phone, and they fly down private drives! The blonde at the post office is genuinely horrible at customer service, lying that it was delivered to the correct address, when we have cameras! We can see if they ever showed up.

The reason behind my 2 starts is when I called and spoke to the manager about their mistake, she couldn't care less. You are handeling my mail and important information. You put a delay in my business. The total disregard was not okay. Poor customer service.
