Nope just send it back to sender even though our buildings have their own address they are labeled A-K but if anyone includes the building letter they wont deliver our mail! STOP BEING LAZY if the building number matches my name and apt number even with a letter deliver my damn mail. You guys are just being lazy it was never an issue before just all the sudden you guys want to make our lives hell!

It takes 1 minute to drive up the hill, not even that. And then I have to stand in line at the post office for 30 minutes to pick up a package like they said is there and then they can't find it ever. So frustrating. And then I asked for a manager. Oh they're all in a meeting. I wish there was somebody else besides the post office

However, I have fallen twice stepping over the curb to get onto the sidewalk. Not only is it high but has a raised ledge. Last time, in October, a man helping me get up said he had seen 2 Other people trip over the sidewalk. What's it going to take to get this faulty construction revised?!
