Suffice to say oftentimes Postal Workers get a “bad wrap.” I applaud our Post Falls team with folks like Victoria you get a “stellar wrap,” from me. Victoria cares, she just delivered a month’s worth’s worth of mail with the biggest smile. So glad we got back in time to say thank you and congrats on her new permanent positive. The USPS is lucky to have her! She’s going to be a roving carrier so if you have the chance to meet her just know she’s extra special.

To choose if you liked your service or did not, while the postal person has not yet competed the transaction. Who's going to choose the red smiley face, indicating not good service, with the postal person watching you and already behaving unhappy? Isn't it enough to look at your online reviews? The 2.1 stars IS your clue.
