However, I have fallen twice stepping over the curb to get onto the sidewalk. Not only is it high but has a raised ledge. Last time, in October, a man helping me get up said he had seen 2 Other people trip over the sidewalk. What's it going to take to get this faulty construction revised?!

Even with the amount of growth in this area that makes dealing with the public unbearable at times, they kill it with a sense of gratitude! People that deal with the public all day long with a smile while doing things to the best of their ability should be given a metal and a hug! It sucks waiting in the long lines, but its always enjoyable when you get to the counter and welcomed with a caring smile like they give!! Thank you for all that you do!

I think you should endeavor to hire mail delivery people who can read addresses. This is probably the 12th time I've had a package misdelivered and USPS customer service is useless.
