Now because of some sort of service disruption that they dont know what it was it wont be delivered until monday 2/23 between 315 and 515. They wont let me go get it myself and wont deliver it on saturday. The kicker is they wont even tell me what happen like they just dont want to do there jobs. Plus no one will even answer the phone and this location.

I caught it and the young woman there showed me how to cancel the other one that was supposed to go to Staples. Then she helped me process the return all over again. She obviously was very familiar with this. She had great patience and got me taken care of. Stellar service from this young woman.
