Total incompetence by the staff, then when we caught the mistake, and returned to the store to get them to correct it and add the insurance we had requested and discussed 5 minutes prior, they were rude, suggested fixing it would be a favor. When we requested the package back, not trusting now that it would actually get delivered, they refused. Worst business in North ID. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!

I've been told the return had be in the original packaging... even when the return was unopened and in the original shipping package. I've also been told that I needed a shipping label... when there were no Amazon instructions to print a shipping label, only the QR Code, which this UPS store would not accept. They even suggested that I might try taking the package to a different UPS store to see if they would take it. Amazon is sending me a confirmation e-mail with instructions to go back to the UPS store with their e-mail confirming the return. Lets see if they will accept my return now. I have my doubts. Very dissatisfied with this UPS store's attitude and refusal to accept a return!
