- CLCollin LawrenceJul 24, 20251.0My package has been sitting in the locked package delivery box for days because the USPS carrier didn't put the key in my mailbox (hopefully they didn't put it in someone else's), I visited the Ponderay USPS office & a representative said they would contact the carrier & call me back- they never did. Sandpoint AND Ponderay don't answer their phones. Tragic.

Unfortunately, all things change and the old postmaster retired. The new lady in charge here is rude, lazy and unhelpful. Far from going out of her way to accommodate customers, she will blatantly lie about her opportunity to provide services if it comes to a matter of effort on her part.
