- CLCollin LawrenceJul 24, 20251.0My package has been sitting in the locked package delivery box for days because the USPS carrier didn't put the key in my mailbox (hopefully they didn't put it in someone else's), I visited the Ponderay USPS office & a representative said they would contact the carrier & call me back- they never did. Sandpoint AND Ponderay don't answer their phones. Tragic.

The staff is outstanding, they never make you feel like you are interrupting their time. I go there instead of the one that is closer to me just because of the great customer service.
