My package has been sitting in the locked package delivery box for days because the USPS carrier didn't put the key in my mailbox (hopefully they didn't put it in someone else's), I visited the Ponderay USPS office & a representative said they would contact the carrier & call me back- they never did. Sandpoint AND Ponderay don't answer their phones. Tragic.

I love going to this Post Office. The staff is friendly gives you more information about how to ship packages. The staff is outstanding, they never make you feel like you are interrupting their time. I go there instead of the one that is closer to me just because of the great customer service.

My package got put in a parcel locker, but there was no key in my mailbox. I went to the office and they said they'd have their carrier make sure one was in today. I go to check mail and still no key, all other mail but no key.

Worst quality customer service. Just plain rude on the phone. I have been waiting 2 weeks for a letter and I'm the one who gets harassed saying; They have no record of me, and didn't even know they had mail being sent to me. Get it together USPS.
