How do I have a package sit here for a whole day 20 mins from my house, then end up in Challis 2 hours away? You guys need better organization and processes apparently

Their delivery guy sucks in my area. He will not walk through 2 inches of snow, when I posted it on, didn't receive mail piece , that option disappeared, and now I'm not receiving any mail. I called the 800 number to complain, but the service just got worse. The moto of the po is, the mail must go through! I guess that doesn't cover spoiled workers.

When you make an appointment to get a passport, take time off work, drive for 50 minutes, only to be told the passport division is closed because both people called in sick is extremely unprofessional. Someone should have called to tell us the appointment was cancelled.

My daughter dropped a package off for me, but she put it into the package drop, as it has a label prepaid by AT&T. I did ask her to get a tracking number, but she failed to do so. I was taken to the hospital with emergency surgery and this has caused the second surgery on the 4th of October. I had the package in my vehicle to drop it off when instead i was dropped off for surgery. My daughter and her boy friend took the package for me within a few days of my hospitalization.
I would hope that AT&T would care but they do not, only threatening to bill me $300. for the trade in of a samsung galaxy that they required be sent in when i purchased two iphone 11's. I bet you're thinking i know, how does this relate to the USPS in Pocatello, ID 83201? Well it relates to all of this because there is no way to contact the local post office in town. In fact this is the main post office of I believe three in this city. I am so frustrated about not being able to call to ask if the package is still there with a problem or something? I can't just jump in my truck and drive there because my belly has been cut open and i am not able to do that now. I am fuming mad at my daughter for not getting the tracking number. I think it could have been sent in the box a received with my new phone because my daughter couldn't find hers.
I can't stand the automatic answering machine the postal service has with nine categories each containing nine more options. Nine and not one will get you customer service. How sad is this. I miss the days that business, people, sales people, who are all wanting to sell you whether it's Phones or Stamps really cared as much as shantel at ATT pretended to, but her promised call back never happened at all. The first one did when i was a day early to but the new ones.
The fake excited voice and speak of the automatic system of USPS is the most annoying of all. I couldn't even answer their requested survey at the end of the call, because the automatically speaking lady would never shut up long enough to get any resolutions to my issue so that we could get to the end of the call and had i not hung up on her after wasting minutes of my life hearing "I think you said?" Wrong Again.
I do not recommend calling the number unless you know exactly what you need to do. ie., get a passport, or buy stamps!!! If you have a local question for your local post office, forget this 800 number even exists. It will take you on a waste of time joyne journey listening to a woman you can't stand because she's so phony. She cuts you off if you do try to answer her and says i think you said, "Wrong Again Robot." I am not a Robot. I am a local citizen of this post office. I am obviously very frustrated. Probably because of my belly is hurting so much, but either way, i believe they should provide us with a local number to ask a local question.
Thank You,
Cindy
